The Business Model of Internationalisation, which will be implemented within the framework of this project, was prepared by MS Consulting Group s.c M. Sobczak, M. Sobczak-Solarska, chosen as a result of the tender procedure. The MBI was developed between 12.06-23.06.2017. The scope of business model development included both surveys, in-depth interviews, desk reserch and analyses indicated in the MBI. The products intended for internationalisation are 3 types of regranulate. The products will be introduced to the markets of Germany and the United Kingdom. The following actions will be carried out in the implementation of this project, leading to the implementation of the MBI: —Product preparation for the purpose of the target market – Preparing a detailed promotional campaign plan, designing advertising and promotional materials, websites and web applications -Package design, catalog design and technical descriptions of products, design of logotypes and product brands -Search, selection, and then establish contacts with foreign partners -Construction of distribution channels and service channels for formal and legal environment to enter a given market -Obtaining the target market and the trademark necessary for the sale of foreign products will be: —consultancy and purchase of intangible assets a)Advice on the preparation of the company for the implementation of purchased software systems and ICT tools b) Purchase of necessary software – costs of participation in trade fairs and missions: a)The rental and construction of exhibition space b) Purchase of services in the field of transport of exhibits and building elements c)Service travel d)Fees with insurance e)Registration fee The above actions are necessary for the implementation of MBI ACPOL ADAM kuś (hereinafter: (ACPOL).
