In the process of implementing health priorities, the Minister of Health acts as the Intermediate Institution of the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment, the Intermediate Institution of the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development, and performs the tasks of the unit coordinating the interventions of the ESI Funds in health care. The aim of the project is to ensure an adequate level of human resources enabling the institutions to operate efficiently and effectively. Ensuring and maintaining an adequate level of employment, both in terms of number of persons and qualifications required, is necessary for the smooth implementation of operational programmes under the Financial Perspectives 2014-2020 and preparing the next programming period after 2020. The project is intended to ensure the funding of the staff of the Ministry of Health involved in the preparation, management, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and promotion of the salaries of the Ministry of Health in the field of projects under OP IIA 2014-2020 and PO WER, as well as for staff involved in the coordination of the health sector in the framework of interventions.
