In the process of implementing health priorities, the Minister of Health acts as the Intermediate Institution of the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment, the Intermediate Institution of the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development, and performs the tasks of the unit coordinating the intervention of the ESI Funds in health care. The aim of the project is to provide staff resources to enable the above institutions to operate efficiently. Ensuring and maintaining an adequate level of employment, both in terms of number of persons and qualifications required, is essential for the smooth implementation of operational programmes under the new financial perspective. The project aims to finance the remuneration of employees of the Ministry of Health involved in the implementation of tasks related to preparation, management, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, information and promotion of projects within the framework of the 2014-2020 OP and WER OPs, as well as staff involved in the coordination of interventions in the health sector under the financial perspective 2014-2020.
