The project Development of the State Register System (SRP) is a project of strategic importance for the state, as it involves the construction of new, existing modernisations and the definition of standards for the incorporation of future state registers. The project is a response to diagnosed needs of citizens and entrepreneurs in the field of state registers and fulfils the assumptions of the PZIP (PDMC). Computerisation and economic development of the country cannot take place without records that store and provide high-quality data. Responding to these needs will be offered as a result of the project of new or modernised e-services A2C, A2B and A2A based on SRP, which is a key element of the state’s information architecture in the area of civil administrative affairs. Thanks to the effects of the project, there will be an extension of the scope of matters that citizens can carry out electronically regardless of the place where the case is initiated. The project involves creating or modifying? 19 e-services based on SRP, with e-services A2A planned as a base for A2C and A2B services. As part of the project, on the basis of a problem analysis, in order to facilitate the efficiency of e-services to citizens and businesses, modernisation and optimisation of the currently functioning SRP elements to optimise the cost of maintenance, enable the connection of subsequent registers and ensure their high performance, efficiency, scalability and interoperability. Changes also increase the level of security of the system and the data stored in it and improve the reporting process. The project is planned in house mode.
