The aim of the project is to strengthen the administrative capacity of GDDKiA as the largest beneficiary carrying out road projects co-financed by the ERDF, the CF and the Connecting Europe Facility “CEF”. An important element necessary to ensure the proper implementation of these projects is that the beneficiary has an adequate number of staff with specific qualifications, the provision of expert support and appropriate administrative and technical facilities. Therefore, the project plans to finance expenditure on remuneration of GDDKiA staff carrying out tasks related to the abovementioned projects, to improve the qualifications of these employees, expert and legal support, support for the implementation process, organisational, technical and administrative costs and other expenditure in accordance with the Guidelines for the use of technical assistance measures for the period 2014-2020. The above actions are in accordance with the OPI 2014-2020 and the Detailed Description of the priority axis 2014-2020 and will be implemented in accordance with the rules applicable to technical assistance projects of the OPiŚ 2014-2020.
