“Innovative Education Centres”. “Minikoperniki"), sub-project "Adaptation of buildings located at ul. W. Elbow in Toruń for the needs of the Centre for the Modernity of Knowledge Mill, an institution of culture leading innovative education in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie region

The project will include activities consisting of: rebuilding and repairing unprecedented infrastructure for cultural activities, purchasing permanent equipment for cultural activities, creating a permanent exhibition and protecting objects against theft and destruction. As a result of the construction work, consisting of: reconstruction, extension and change of use of non-historical buildings, construction of exits from the public road, car park and connections, as well as land development, will be supplemented with the cultural infrastructure, in which, after equipment, a new cultural offer with a nationwide impact will be implemented. It is also important to save (through adaptation) the buildings inscribed in the Toruń landscape, which are part of the Toruń mill complex, intended for the realisation of modern cultural activities by the Centre for Modernity of Knowledge Mills. Inscribed in the urban landscape and decaying buildings, they can become a place where a new cultural offer will be realised. Thanks to the project, the conditions for conducting educational and cultural activities in the area of culture will be improved by Toruń and the region recognizable on the map, a vibrant institution, the Centre for Modernity of Knowledge Mill.
