The project included the modernisation of the 400 kV and 110 kV substations of the Poznań Power Station, located on the territory of the commune of Dobrań Wielki, located in the central part of the Opolskie Voivodeship. The project is implemented in a less developed area. The material scope of the investment tasks covered by this application for funding covers the range from the preparation of the investment, its design through the construction of the investment to obtain a use permit. For the implementation of the expansion of the station, an agreement was concluded for the implementation of the investment task entitled. ‘Expansion of station 400/110 kV Dobrań’ and all expenses resulting from this agreement meet the eligibility conditions in accordance with the Guidelines. In addition, the project provides for the purchase, delivery and assembly of autotransformers, which is covered by separate contracts and these expenses also fulfil the eligibility conditions in accordance with the Guidelines. According to Commission letter No B3/JGAB/JBL*82017/073774, the Commission concluded that no notification of State aid was necessary.
