Improving the functioning of public transport in Toruń – bit City II

The overarching objective of the project is to improve the public transport system, leading to an increase in the participation of transp.publ users. The project complies with the scope and purpose of Axis VI. Developing low-carbon public transport in cities – specific objective: increase the use of low-carbon urban transport. The tasks will contribute to reducing congestion in the city, improving traffic flow and reducing the negative impact of transp. on the environment. This project is a project called “Improving the functioning of public transport in Toruń – bit City II”. The entire infrastructure task consists of the execution of track, road, water, power works (lighting and light signalling), drainage, gas, plant robe, together with the city monitoring system, while the rolling stock task consists of delivering 5 modern trams and 20 buses, including 6 electric ones.
