The project consists of the construction of the Nowy Miasto Lubawskiego ring road within dk 15 with the parameters of the GP class road with a total length of 17.73 km. This bypass runs on a new footprint on the eastern side of the town Nowe Miasto Lubawskie. On the projected ring road, Nowe Miasto Lubawskie, within the national road no. 15 provides a single-way cross-section with an additional 2+ 1 lane. The roundabout intersections designed under this investment allow safe communication and distribution of traffic on the rest of the road network and the operation of adjacent terrain via the access road network. The design of the New Town of Lubawskiego bypass along national road No. 15 is characterised by the following technical parameters: — Road class: GP (main accelerated traffic) – Design speed: 80 km/h – Single road crossing, i.e.: 2 + 1 – Lane width: 3,50 m – Number of lanes: 2 + 1 (3,5 m) – Width of the dividing belt: 1,20 m (including 2x0,5m) – Width of the wristband: 0,5 m – Width of the natural side: 1,8 m – The width of the crown of the road: 16,3 m – Traffic lateral inclinations on a straight line: 2,5 % – Maximum oblong slope of the road: 3,5 % – Vertical area: 4,70 m – Traffic category: KR5 – axle load: 115 kN/axis
