The project aims at "Construction of the S19 expressway Lublin – Rzeszów, from the "Kraśnik Południe" junction (without a junction) to the Janowskie Forest junction located in the TEN-T core network with a length of 32.86 km. The project is implemented in the P&B system within 3 tasks: — Task 1: Kraśnik – Janów Lubelski, – Task 2: Janów Lubelski, – Task 3: Janów Lubelski – Janowskie Forests. This section of the S19 road is located in Lubelskie Voivodeship (near the border with Podkarpackie voivodship), in the Kraśnik districts (Kraśnik commune, Szastarka commune) and Janów Lubelski (Modliborzyce commune, city and commune).
