The main part of the project is the construction of the S7 expressway on the Lubień – Rabka section, located in the TEN-T comprehensive network with a total length of 15.830 km. It is complemented by the construction of a new section of the national road No. 47 of GP class on the section Rabka Zdrój – Chabówka with a length of 0.877 km, which connects the S7 expressway with the current national road No. 47. The beginning of the investment (km 713+ 580) begins on the outskirts of Lubień in the district of Mysenice and ends in the commune Rabka Zdrój (km 729+ 410). The project shall include: construction of the S7 expressway on a length of 15.830 km, construction of a new section of national road No. 47 with a length of 0,877 km, reconstruction of section of national road No 7 to 0.350 km as part of inclusion in the existing road, construction of 2 road junctions: “Skomielna”, “Zabornia”, construction of a two-chamber tunnel with a length of 2.06 km under Maly Luboń with emergency passages between chambers, two portals and full infrastructure with technical equipment, construction of the Maintenance Circuit of the Express Road (in the area of construction of the “Skomielna” node) and the Tunnel Service Point, construction of radio mast, technical buildings and maintenance building of the reserve dispatcher, construction of construction of civil engineering matters, construction of technical masts and reserve dispatcher building “Lubień” (intently planned executioner.
