Construction of the S7 Radom Expressway (Jedlińsk) – Jędrzejów, bypass Radom

The project aims at the construction of the Radom bypass along the S7 expressway located in the TEN-T comprehensive network with a total length of 24.65 km. The beginning of the Radom ring road (designed km 0+ 000.00) is located in km 456+ 670,00 of the existing national road No. 7, in the plain area of Jedlińsk commune in Radom County. The planned route does not use the existing road to which it connects via the “Radom North” junction, but turns southwards, avoiding Jedlińsk and a complex of fish ponds from the west. The road on a long stretch runs through agricultural land and meadows and pastures found in the valley of the river. It’s Radomki. The route then leads through the slightly rising area of the municipality of Zakrzew and Wolanów, and through the “Radom West” junction (crossing with the projected provincial road no. 740) and the “Wolanów” junction (crossing with national road No 12) ensures the communication of the investment with the existing and planned road network. The route continues south-west until it reintegrates into the existing national road No. 7 through the planned “Radom South” junction. The end of the investment is located in the planned km 24 + 650,00.
