The European counterpart of the project is PRACE (Partnership for Advanced Computing in Europe), which is also included in the current edition of the European Commission’s ESFRI Roadmap. The main objective of the project is to provide advanced computing services HPC (High Performance Computing) and data for the scientific community in Poland and Europe, as well as to enable calculations in the field of industrial research. In addition, the overarching objective is to improve the position on European and global markets of the Polish ICT sector by supporting and strengthening the development of innovative solutions in cooperation with the private sector, with particular emphasis on SMEs, with the science sector.
