The project focuses on the creation and implementation of a system for monitoring and evaluating national smart specialisations (R & D & I priorities), their verification and updating in the process of entrepreneurial discovery and analysis of aggregated statistical data and the evaluation of progress in their development (ex-ante, current and ex-post evaluation). Entities involved in the Project: Mg, MIR, Ministry of Science, PARP, NCBiR, representatives of ministries within the Consultative Group, Marshal offices, entrepreneurs, representatives of scientific units, IOB and business organisations. Objective of the Project: monitoring and evaluation of NIS by observing economic developments, the degree of achievement of indicators and objectives achieved and identifying emerging specialisations. Monitoring and evaluation of the objectives will be carried out on a continuous basis. Budget 2016-2023: 52 000 000,00 PLN. Main stages of the project: signing of contracts with the Project Partner and selection of Contractors, organisation and continuation of PPO, obtaining and analysing quantitative and qualitative data for monitoring purposes, evaluations carried out under the Project, conducting information and promotion activities.
