The aim of the project is to carry out R & D works aimed at developing innovative technology for cleaning electrical and energy installations of medium voltage up to 60 kV. The research problem: for operators in the energy sector, the most important aspect of functioning is the continuity of work. The problem is the downtimes, often caused by cumulative soiling, which negatively affects the installations – they generate losses, reduce the viability of components, require time-consuming and costly exclusions, which in turn negatively affects the economic factor of the company. A technological challenge is the development of dry ice cleaning technology, which will eliminate downtime during cleaning at medium voltage up to 60 kV. The main technological problems are presented in Short description of the project 3NS, as a result of the R & D work, will implement in its own business one new service – cleaning of medium-voltage power equipment up to 60 kV. The result of the project will be technology to clean electricity appliances at an average voltage of up to 60 kV using a mixture of dry gases with added carbon dioxide in the form of crystallised (hereinafter called gas mixture) – MVC technology, and a prototype device for cleaning installations at medium voltage up to 60 kV. The objective of the project will be achieved by carrying out R & D work: —development of the technology of safe mix feeding and construction of a model of the mixing system, -development of a dirt receiving system and construction of a model of the drainage system – construction of a prototype system for cleaning electrical and optimistic electrical installations
