The aim of the project is to create the equivalent of a product already available on the market (reference medicine: Schering-Plough Triderm), but in an improved, innovative pharmaceutical formula. The aim of the project will be the development, marketing and subsequent sale of the aerosol preparation so that patients do not have to use bulky ointment or cream. At the same time, the spray form will protect the active substances against micro-organisms, the harmful effects of light and air. The functionality of the project results will be reflected in its comprehensive action on common and problematic in the treatment of skin diseases caused by both fungi and bacteria, as well as various origins of allergic lesions. The innovative form of the medicine will ensure comfort of use, easy handling and simplicity and convenience of its use. The objective of the project will be achieved by developing and producing a drug in the form of a pressure aerosol, using three active substances: gentamicin, betamethason, Clotrimazole with proven antibacterial, antifungal and anti-inflammatory activity. The use of these active substances and the creation of a new aerosol pharmaceutical form for such formulation will achieve the intended objectives of the project.
