Purchase of a medium rescue and firefighting car with equipment for the TSO in Trzebieszewo

The subject of the project is the supply of specialised rescue and firefighting equipment consisting of a medium-sized rescue and firefighting car with equipment – the delivery specifications are described in Section D of the application. The purchased fixed assets are necessary to properly carry out rescue and firefighting operations and to remove the effects of disasters caused by climate change in the area of the third degree of danger, which includes the district of Kamień. The following ESTABLISHMENT STAGES have been identified: 1) Preparatory work: a. Preparation of application documentation: Q1 2024 (executed) 2) Purchase and delivery of a medium rescue and firefighting car with equipment for the TSO in Trzebieszewo: a. performance of the contract and selection of the Contractor: Q4 2024 – Q1 2025 (to be implemented) b. reception: Q1 2026 (to be implemented) 3) Project promotion: a. Conducting promotional and informational activities on the websites of the Kamień Pomorski Commune and TSO in Trzebieszewo, as well as on social networks: Q4 2024 – Q2 2026 (to be implemented) b. Execution of an information poster and promotional stickers for the purchased equipment: Q1 2026 (to be implemented) 4) Final settlement of the investment task: 2nd quarter 2026 (to be implemented). The main objective of the project is to increase the effectiveness of the climate change risk prevention system in the area of the district of Kamień, as a result of increasing the operational readiness of the Volunteer Fire Brigade in Trzebieszewo, through the purchase of a medium-sized rescue and firefighting vehicle with equipment. The objective of the project and its activities are in line with the objectives of Measure 2.15 of the FEPZ in terms of: specific objective ERDF/CF.CP2.IV Justification: The specialised rescue and firefighting equipment purchased under the project for the TSO Trzebieszewo will allow for an increase in operational capacity when undertaking interventions during the occurrence of natural disturbances/major accidents, but also aimed at mitigating the effects of threats caused by climate change; b) project type No 1 Justification: Support will be provided for projects aimed at the development and improvement of the rescue and firefighting system, including the purchase of rescue and firefighting vehicles with equipment for units responsible for conducting effective rescue operations and removing the effects of natural disturbances. Justification: The result indicator for the project was estimated at: 43 420 people at the end of 2026. In order to comply with the Beneficiary’s obligations under Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2021/1060 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 June 2021, the Applicant has planned the following publicity and information activities on the project: a. placing the signs of the European Funds, the colours of the Republic of Poland and the European Union and the official promotional logo of the voivodship on: - all information and promotional publications concerning the project (e.g. on the websites of Kamień Pomorski Commune and TSO in Trzebieszewo); - documents related to the implementation of the project, made public, e.g. tender documentation; b. indication of the place of implementation of the project together with information on the co-financing of the project from EU sources by placing an information poster and promotional stickers on the purchased equipment, in accordance with the parameters set out in Annex IX to the above-mentioned Regulation. Regulations; c. include a description of the project, including its objectives and results, highlighting the fact that EU financial support has been received on the Applicant's website and on its social media page, including the use of the hashtags #EU Funds or #European Funds; d. keeping documentation to confirm the implementation of promotional activities carried out in the project.
