The aim of the project is the professional qualification of 6 long-term unemployed. The project is intended to target different target groups. These are: — Unemployed persons with more recent completed vocational training or professional experience in the commercial sector/personnel sector – unemployed persons seeking a new orientation in the field of human resources services – young people who have not been able to take up training so far – drop-out of training, whose training and labour market opportunities are to be increased by promoting their professional capacity to act – We understand long-term unemployed persons who are unemployed for one year and longer and who are integrable in the medium to long term or who, due to their personal, social or professional situation, are likely to be integrated into the 1. We have a labour market of more than a year. The aim of this project is to provide practical and in-depth knowledge in order to meet the new requirements. In addition to school placement, the internship also serves for this purpose. The following content is conveyed: • Communication and team working, application from an employer’s point of view and application management, managing secretarial procedures with MS Office, marketing/order processing, English, human resources, personnel accounting, SAP HCM HR management and accounting, project: Practical project IHK Specialist Personnel Services, IHK Examination With the IHK certificate ‘Specialist Personnel Services’, this further training measure concludes with a national certificate, which demonstrates the specialist competence in this field. Further qualification levels are thus achievable. The participants mainly come from central and western Thuringia from the areas of the Employment Agency and the Job Centres.
