Perspective team enables participants to train and consolidate so-called “key competences” such as communication, cooperation and problem-solving, decision-making and sense of responsibility. The project prepares the young executives of BZS GmbH for future tasks. At the same time, the training courses in groups promote teamwork to develop a “we” feeling. Differences between different departments, fields of work or similar arise due to the close cooperation within the project. Missing or incorrect communication structures are analysed and corrected. An additional part of the project is to bring together old and young employees in order to facilitate the transfer of knowledge. Showing a career-oriented activity in the company, improving internal communication, developing a “we” feeling and ensuring knowledge transfer between old and young in the company characterises the “perspective team” and initiates the change in human resources management. In the long term, BZS GmbH can implement its strategic goals with motivated employees in the future and counteract the shortage of skilled workers through targeted support.
