Soki – Soft-Skill-Training of the district council Saalfeld-Rudolstadt

The Landratsamt Saalfeld-Rudolstadt as an employer depends on the knowledge of its employees. Dealing with ever-changing law, administrative regulations and technical regulations requires permanent learning processes. The public service is very versatile and the demands on employees are constantly increasing. Training and qualification are therefore of particular importance in order to make the Saalfeld-Rudolstadt district office suitable for the future. We can only respond to the constant challenges of a changing society through concepts of lifelong learning for employees. As the human and financial resources become no more and the upcoming tasks no less, we have to do more and more tasks with constant or less staff. In order to act in a future-oriented way, we need to work with the existing staff even more efficiently. The reason for the measure is the demographic change associated with the increasing shortage of skilled workers. The seminars are necessary in order to provide the managers with basic basic knowledge and to train other employees to relieve management levels and to exchange the existing knowledge.
