“Kopra – Competences and Practice Training” – a seminar on the further development of leaders in regional SMEs. This project is mainly about the manager (FK). The project supports the discovery of personal growth areas. In times of constant change, it is important that the FK become aware of its own potentials and find ways to use them in a targeted manner. A sharpened awareness of one’s own strengths and weaknesses as well as the own effect is the basis for clarity and authenticity in leadership. Another focus of the project is the joint solution-oriented processing and clarification of difficult and complex topics. These often result from mergers of organizational units, restructurings, the introduction of new technology or new sales system, difficult employee constellations or the limits of one’s own resources and resilience.
