The project provides an individualised, low-threshold entry into learning and development for people at risk of social exclusion to gain access to the regular labour market. ‘Door opener’; combines learning and application in the context of meaningful activity in an individual way. In addition to coaching, guided and day-oriented training, project work, access to public welfare-oriented volunteer employment as well as open support and training offers. The focus is on access to local voluntary initiatives. Each individual project development consists of three phases: Entry, training and final phases, on the basis of which competence determination and development planning, individual training and stabilisation as well as the joint project evaluation with recording measurable development progress and a forward-looking path planning successive. _x000D_
