Increasing the availability of health services in the SPWSZ in particular for people at risk of COVID-19 and those affected by COVID-19.

The project aims to prevent, counter and combat the COVID-19 pandemic, caused by the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, as well as post-pandemic care. It is necessary to ensure that access to specialised laboratory and imaging diagnostics, pharmacotherapy and treatment of COVID-19-related diseases, as well as its complications, is available. The applicant has in its structure infectious departments with specialised human resources potential. The actions planned under the project are the result of a crisis situation caused by the pandemic. As part of the project, the Independent Public Provincial Hospital Complex in Szczecin will be retrofitted. By equipping the individual (through the purchase of medical equipment and equipment, personal protective equipment, equipment and disinfectants) the project will contribute to ensuring constant readiness to provide effective and adequate medical assistance to infected persons, as well as post-pandemic care and improve the quality of services offered to the public. The target group of the project is directly the Independent Public Provincial Hospital Complex, ul. Arkońska 4, Szczecin By retrofitting the unit, indirectly the target group is also the inhabitants of the voivodeship. The project envisages tasks related to equipping the unit based primarily on the Equipment Catalogue developed by the Ministry of Health.
