This project "Digital Transformation Plan of the University of Tours aims to increase the agility of operation and teaching methods in the Covid-19 and post-Covid context. It concerns both teachers, administrative and technical staff, and students» It falls under axis 10 – Action 42 (Investments for the digital transition) of the ERDF/ESF 2014-2020 OP of the Centre-Val de Loire Region. This operation is part of the COVID-19 pandemic crisis, which has had many consequences for higher education institutions. The investments made were aimed at ensuring continuity of administrative services and continuity of training (purchase of IT equipment for staff and for equipping classrooms); and, on the other hand, to support and encourage digital transformation, through the virtualisation of workstations and the transformation of videoconferencing rooms within the university.
