Overall objective: Increasing the digitisation of SC COMPANIA DE APA ORADEA SA in order to optimise the operation of the water and wastewater infrastructure in the operator’s area (including water loss reduction) Indicators of the general objective: 1 digitised regional operator Effects of digitisation of the regional operator: —reducing water losses by about 22.000 m³/year – more efficient use of the company’s human resources, by reducing the number of meter readers by 6 persons (which can be allocated for other company activities)
