Raise the demographic defi

The main objective of Moulins Community is to stabilise demographics initially and then to promote population growth in the medium term. To this end, it is necessary to strengthen the attractiveness of the territory in terms of access, jobs and activities, housing and housing, trade, business services and the local population, as well as quality of life, culture and recreation. This objective is available on the scale of the central city, the agglomeration and sometimes more widely beyond the administrative limits. All the actions carried out over the last 10 years have only helped stabilise demographics. The objective is now to boost the territory, stimulate population growth and attract new populations. Mills Community mobilises its strengths in the various fields: Rurality, trade, housing, economic development, development of facilities and public spaces, services, tourism, culture and heritage, higher education. To address these challenges, local authorities already have operational tools: — Habitat mills that can act now thanks to its available land reserve – Foncières being set up between the CDC and private partners These tools will be complemented by an operational reception policy for a clearly identified objective of reconnecting with population growth.
