The main objective of Moulins Community is to stabilise demographics initially and then to promote population growth in the medium term. To this end, it is necessary to strengthen the attractiveness of the territory in terms of access, jobs and activities, housing and housing, trade, business services and the local population, as well as quality of life, culture and recreation. This objective is available on the scale of the central city, the agglomeration and sometimes more widely beyond the administrative limits.
