The COVID-19 health crisis has revealed the need for new protocols for better care of victims for health actors. To do this, the Gard Departmental Fire and Relief Service (SDIS30) is modernising itself by equipping itself with connected multiparametric biomedical equipment as well as digital tablets. Each vehicle of the SDIS30 will be equipped with a connected multiparameter defibrillator to gather 3 existing machines in one and send medical data on the digital tablets provided to emergency responders for teletransmission to doctors. This investment makes it possible to establish a more qualitative medico-help assessment with an intuitive decision support thanks to the teletransmission of data without delay to the Center for the Treatment of the Unique Alert (CTAU) and the Departmental Operational Center of Fire and Relief (CODIS) as well as the SAMU. As a result, the victim’s referral to the health facility will also be more efficient. It will be assessed on the basis of the victim’s teletransmitted data but also on the physical, operational and specific capacities of health facilities in order to reduce the saturation of their reception services.
