The project aims to equip the SDIS73 with a complete telemedicine system that involves equipment costs (tablets, monitoring system, servers, software), installation and training. The goal is to facilitate upstream diagnosis, limit patient wait times and hire fewer staff in the field. The implementation of the project is carried out in response to the COVID crisis which has generated over-reliance of services, which also faced more structural difficulties (remote from hospital centres, decrease in the number of doctors).
