The dossier “PARCOURS ENTERE IN EMPLOYMENT 2020 (LOTS 1,2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23)”carried out by the IDF Region implements a set of second-chance measures for young people with little or no qualifications. This programme intended to offer, in particular, to young people aged 16 to 25, but now also to adults since July 2020 without qualification individualised training courses in centres and in companies, spread throughout the whole of the Parisian territory and aimed in particular at access to apprenticeship and professionalisation contracts. These training courses must be adapted to the needs of the public according to the progress of their professional project. Contractual partnerships with Apprentice Training Centres, companies, including temporary work enterprises and with training organisations involved in regional qualifying programmes will allow the co-development of the content of the training courses implemented by the Entry to Employment Courses in order to facilitate the entry of young people into dual contracts, employment or skills training.
