The Region is implementing a second-chance package for young people with little or no qualifications. In this context, the program Parcours Entry into Employment, which is part of the Youth Future program, is the subject of this consultation. This programme aims to offer young people aged 16 to 25 without qualifications individualised training in the centre and in companies, spread throughout the whole of the Parisian territory, aimed in particular at access to apprenticeship and professionalisation contracts. These courses must adapt to the needs of each young person according to the progress of their professional project. The scheme is open to young people, aged 16 to 25, who are not or less qualified, with difficulties in social and professional integration, who have to build, confirm and/or deepen their professional project and/or develop basic skills in a professional situation. These young people may have needs in the field of fluency in the French language, whether written or oral. Finally, young people must be able to complete full-time training (35 hours per week). An addendum No 1, detailing the target audience, inter alia, on the opening of the EIP scheme to the beneficiaries of the RSA, was awarded for all the lots of the EIP 2019 contract in the course of the implementation year (notification July/August 2019). This request for funding concerns only BCn1 issued for this EIP2019.
