Internationalisation of Seacraft’s activities in the Indian market

Implementation of the project, n. “Internationalisation of Seacraft’s operations on the Indian market” follows a business model prepared by external experts of the Association B-4 related to the internationalisation of the Seacraft brand’s activities on behalf of the Applicant. The business model was created immediately in the period preceding the time of preparation of the grant application. The B-4 Association, drawing on the experience of the Applicant and based on expertly prepared analyses, prepared a business model presenting the planned shape of the company after the implementation of planned activities in the field of internationalisation. The product intended for internationalisation is an underwater transport vehicle: SEACRAFT DPC. Foreign Target Market: India The most important tasks planned to be carried out in preparation for the implementation of the business model related to the internationalisation of activities: — search, select and establish contacts with foreign partners, lead to the stage of trade negotiations, – creation of a point of sale and service point on the Indian market, – adaptation of existing cooperation agreements to the conditions of sale of a new product to the military market, – preparation of the design of the product catalogue and product card, leaflets, technical descriptions, instructions for use, – production of advertising materials in the form of films (dynamic film/action film and demonstration film); preparation of a product presentation, production of presentation stands for a new DPC product; purchase of fixed assets (laptops) for a business mission and to the marketing and sales department; economic mission to India – presentation of the product’s potential in the aquatic environment.
