The project focuses on ensuring the availability of social services and providing selected social prevention services in the South Moravian Region. It focuses on target groups of people at risk of social exclusion, homelessness, domestic violence and addiction, and disabled people who are disadvantaged in the labour market. Thanks to the implementation of the project, the target groups will be able to better orient themselves and cope with unfavourable social and life situations.
