The proposed construction deals with ecologicalisation of the foundry of TATRA metallurgy a.s. The investment project under consideration includes modernisation of the operation of couperies, smelters and formrooms and would result in a reduction of emissions of pollutants and thus a reduction of the contribution of the foundry to the level of air pollution in the area affected by the operation of stationary sources of foundry. Moreover, the project is a solution to stationary resources that are priority in terms of the current air quality improvement programme.
