THE PROJECT HAS A PARADIGMATIC VALUE OF ADOPTING A NEW ORGANIZATIONAL MODEL, BASED ON LEAN THINKING, PATIENT-CENTERED AND FOCUSED ON THE ABILITY TO ATTRACT A HIGH DEMAND FOR SERVICES AND TO RESPOND EFFECTIVELY AND QUICKLY. THE AIM IS TO OPTIMISE THE SATURATION OF THE MULTI-SPECIALTY OUTPATIENT STRUCTURE, MAKING THE BEST USE OF THE AVAILABILITY OF THE IN-SERVICE HEALTH PERSONNEL WITH THE ADVANTAGE OF REDUCING QUEUES AT CLINICS AND LISTS AND WAITING TIMES. THE MAIN OBJECTIVE IS THEREFORE TO IMPLEMENT LEAN HEALTHCARE. THE FOCUS OF THE PROJECT IS ALSO TO DEVELOP, ALWAYS WITH A VIEW TO PATIENT CENTRALITY, A HOME CARE ORGANISED IN PHYSICAL SERVICES AND VIRTUAL SERVICES THROUGH TELEMEDICINE IN LINE WITH THE TRAJECTORY OF THE FVG REGION.
