BASED ON THE EXPERIENCE GAINED AND THE TECHNOLOGIES DEVELOPED BY THE COMPANY IN THE FIELD OF BIOMOLECULAR TESTING, ULYSSES BIOMED AIMS TO DEVELOP AN INNOVATIVE PRODUCTION SYSTEM FOR THE PRODUCTION OF DIAGNOSTIC TESTS FOR SARS-COV-2. GIVEN THE HUGE DEMAND FOR THESE TESTS GLOBALLY, IT IS IMPORTANT TO MAKE PRODUCTION MORE EFFICIENT AND TO DO THIS, SOME TECHNOLOGIES THAT IMPROVE THE PERFORMANCE OF THE ENTIRE PROCESS CAN BE USED. THIS IS IN LINE WITH THE IN VIVO AND IN VITRO DIAGNOSTIC TRAJECTORY RELATED TO S3 SAMART HEALTH. THE PROJECT CAN BE DIVIDED INTO THREE PHASES: 1) DEVELOPING A MORE EFFICIENT PRODUCTION SYSTEM WITH UNCONVENTIONAL MATERIALS THAT DO NOT ALTER THE QUALITY OF THE TEST FOR SARS-COV-2; 2) VERIFICATION OF THE OPTIMISED PROCESS THROUGH ANALYTICAL TESTS; 3) VALIDATION OF NEW PRODUCTION BATCHES WITH CLINICAL SAMPLES.
