THE HILTON GARDEN INN MATERA PROPOSES AN ENERGY IMPROVEMENT PLAN, WHICH FOLLOWS THE CRITERION OF THE HIGHER INCOME INDEX, IN TERMS OF SIMPLE RETURN ON INVESTMENT AND AMOUNT OF ENERGY SAVINGS COMPARED TO THE CURRENT STATE. IN PARTICULAR, THE IMPROVEMENT PLAN CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING IMPROVEMENTS: 1) INSTALLATION OF A HIGH-EFFICIENCY COGENERATOR POWERED BY NATURAL GAS; 2) REPLACEMENT OF EXISTING TANKS WITH TECHNICAL WATER TANKS AT CONSTANT TEMPERATURE; 3) REPLACEMENT OF DATED KITCHEN EQUIPMENT (DISHWASHER, INDUCTION HOBS, GAS OVENS, FRYERS) WITH OTHER MORE MODERN; 4) REPLACEMENT OF THE 2 PUMPS IN THE TECHNICAL POOL ROOM FOR WATER FILTRATION WITH THE LATEST GENERATION PUMPS WITH CLASS IE5 MOTORS AND INVERTERS; 5) INSTALLATION OF AN ENERGY MONITORING SYSTEM, PREDISPOSED TO THE CALORIE-COUNTER FOR HOT WATER; 6) INSTALLATION OF A 150 KWP PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM.
