THE PROJECT INCLUDES THE CONSTRUCTION OF A PLANT FOR THE PRODUCTION OF NANOPARTICLES AND COARSE POWDERS COATED WITH ORGANIC COMPOUNDS. THE PLANT WILL CONSIST MAINLY OF A POWERFUL AGITATOR DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY IN COLLABORATION WITH AN IMPORTANT MANUFACTURER OF MIXING EQUIPMENT. IT IS A CYLINDER CROSSED INTERNALLY BY AN AXIS ON WHICH THE MIXING BLADES ARE WELDED APPROPRIATELY SHAPED TO IMPROVE THE DISPERSION OF DUST, IN ADDITION THERE ARE ON THE CYLINDRICAL PART OF THE AGITATOR THREE FURTHER AGITATORS TO INCREASE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE DISPERSION. THE AGITATOR HAS EXTERNALLY A CHAMBER FILLED WITH DIATHERMIC OIL THAT KEEPS IT AT A TEMPERATURE OF AROUND 100.GR. A PUMP INJECTS ORGANIC PRODUCTS INSIDE THE AGITATOR THROUGH THE SPRAY NOZZLES.
