THE PROJECT IS AIMED AT THE PURCHASE OF A NEW ARTISAN SLICING LINE FOR THE PRODUCTION OF CURED MEATS IN A MODIFIED ATMOSPHERE. THE NEW LINE WILL BRING ADDITIONAL PRODUCTION CAPACITY (TO MEET THE GROWING DEMAND), AS WELL AS PRODUCT AND PROCESS INNOVATIONS THANKS TO THE SPECIFICATIONS OF NEW MACHINERY AT THE FOREFRONT OF THE SECTOR. SPECIFICALLY, THE PROJECT PART PRESENTED INCLUDES THE PURCHASE OF A WEBER AUTOMATIC SLICER MACHINE. THE MACHINE RECEIVES INCOMING WHOLE PRODUCT PREPARED FOR SLICING AND FROM AS OUTPUT PORTIONS OF SLICES THAT THEN THE OPERATORS WILL PUT BY HAND IN THE TRAY. THE OBJECTIVE IS TO FURTHER INCREASE THE QUALITY OF PRODUCTION, ITS CONTROL AND COMPUTERISATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE PRODUCTION AND PROCESS IMPROVEMENT OF THE ENTIRE PLANT.
