THE MAIN OBJECTIVE IS TO BUILD SUPPLY CHAINS OF SARDINIAN FISH PRODUCTS, SUSTAINABLE, COMMERCIALLY COMPETITIVE, HIGH QUALITY HEALTH/NUTRITIONAL AND HEALTHY, ACCOMPANIED BY SCIENTIFIC DATA THAT CAN EFFECTIVELY DOCUMENT AND DISSEMINATE INFORMATION TO PRODUCERS AND CONSUMERS. AT THE HEART OF THE PROJECT IS THE DEVELOPMENT OF HIGH NUTRITIONAL VALUE FEED OBTAINED FROM INSECTS. SUSTAINABLE BREEDING PROTOCOLS OF INSECTS WILL BE DEVELOPED TO OBTAIN RAW MATERIAL THAT CAN BE USED FOR THE PRODUCTION OF HIGH NUTRITIONAL VALUE FEED. THESE WILL REDUCE DEPENDENCE ON ANIMAL PROTEINS, REDUCING THE WEIGHT ON WILD FISH STOCKS AND VEGETABLE STOCKS OBTAINED FROM SOYBEANS (95 % GMOS) TO CREATE A SUSTAINABLE SUPPLY CHAIN AT SARDINIAN LEVEL.
