The operation aims to improve the processes of human resources management, economic and financial management and income from taxes and fines. This project will improve the efficiency of the processes and the adaptation to Law 40/2015, so that the electronic processing is the usual action of the Administrations in its multiple aspects of internal management, and from a point of view of the relationship with citizens and the adaptation to Law 39/2015, the processes of relationship with the citizen will evolve, complying with the objective of connecting the city with the periphery by enhancing digital public services. In addition to the functional evolution, the conditions of access to services will be improved by bringing them closer to the citizen through mobile devices and ensuring compliance with LO 3/2018 and Royal Decree 3/2010, improving trust in the digital field, through measures to guarantee the security of systems, data, communications, and electronic services._x000D_ Also, offer citizens the best of services through the establishment of mechanisms that allow to have a perspective focused on each person, which is particularly_x000D_ necessary in the tax field.
