The objective of the project is the incorporation of an automated welding system that allows the company to opt for a new configuration for the automated welding process of large tubular parts, which will allow the company to maintain the configuration of the current equipment by evolving the workshop to a new automatic induction welding technology. The system has the latest advances in data management, processing and processing (BIG DATA), which will allow the company to be much more efficient and profitable. With the information generated by the team in each part of work, all production costs will be identified with which the planning and budget department can be much more precise when it comes to extracting the price of each product. In addition to internally storing all that information of each order, for future actions, it has an important internal database with pre-configured actions, allowing self-adaptation to the needs of the product through sensors, embedded systems and monitoring cameras. It has an advanced Ethernet modem that will connect with the workshop’s digital systems and allow remote monitoring, control and maintenance.
