The project includes the expansion of machinery of the Industrial plant for the packaging of mineral water. The investment consists of a new line capable of producing formats of 8, 5, 1.5, 0.5 and 0.33 litres and which includes the following: A bottle manufacturing line composed of: —A preform blower with a production capacity of 30,000 BPH for formats of 1.5, 0.50 and 0.33 l.-A preform blower with a production capacity of 4,000 BPH for formats of 8 and 5 l.2.- Taponing filler of 18 flow meters.3.- Line of air conveyors for transport of the formats of 1.5, 0.5 and 0.33 l. from the blower to the filler.4.- Pack wrapping line. selected by the company among the best offer in the sector, ensuring quality and greater production capacity. On the other hand, it is expected to achieve a series of improvements in its production process:- A considerable reduction in energy expenditure. — Possibility of continuous production and high automation of the whole plant. —Environmental Improvements: It is intended to manufacture a bottle with less plastic, which also translates into a reduction in the weight of the packaging. This reduction in the quantity of plastic improves the compaction of the bottle, also encouraging its recycling by reducing the volume of the packaging.The project will be located in the company’s own facilities located in the Paraje El Tesorillo de Albunán (Granada).PROJECTO UNICO DE INVERSIÓN In accordance with the regulatory bases of the Order of 5 June 2017, the applications of the same company in which the circumstances provided for in Article 9.9 of the same Regulation and other implementing legislation are met. This is the project 401N1700047, also supported by Decree 114/2014, which is currently under study of its justification and which together with this project is part of a “single investment project”.The amount of grant combined with the data in the two files will reach, in case of approval of the project subject of this proposal, the figure of EUR 3 020 236.32 (2,585.911,32 + 434.325.00) on an eligible budget of EUR 9 125 618.05. On the basis of that amount of expenditure, it would in principle be considered that, in addition to the Governing Council, it would be for the Governing Council to authorise it since it would jointly exceed EUR 3 005 060.52. However, in accordance with Article 35 of Decree-Law 3/2021 of 16 February 2021 adopting measures for administrative streamlining and streamlining of resources to boost recovery and resilience in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, projects financed with European funds do not currently need to be authorised by the Governing Council of the Junta de Andalucía, and therefore no such procedure is proposed.
