This operation is proposed as part of the Comprehensive Rehabilitation Plan to be carried out by the City of Rota in the Northern Zone of the urban core._x000D_ This Plan aims to achieve the social, economic and urban regeneration of this vulnerable area of the city. _x000D_ specifically, this operation is aimed at solving the problem of socio-labor exclusion of families who do not have decent housing, providing them with social-personal well-being and an improvement in the quality of life. It is a vulnerable group consisting of people with low incomes, minimum resources, with serious difficulties of access to their homes, and with reduced mobility due to their age, since, more than 33 % of the residents in these homes have an age of more than 60 years._x000D_ For this purpose, through this operation it is intended to intervene in the homes of the area to improve the thermal envelope, its thermal insulation, its protection against temperatures, air and humidity, the optimisation of energy savings, which will allow a reduction in electricity consumption and pollutant emissions._x000D_ All this to improve the quality of life and promote the well-being of the population resident in this area, the San Antonio Barriada, which is one of the most vulnerable and most in need of intervention areas in the city._x000D_ This operation linked to the Action Line 7, it is closely related to the one presented within the Line of Action 8 that pursues the physical regeneration of the urban environment of the San Antonio Barriada._x000D_ La Barriada San Antonio is located in the northern area of Rota, and is made up of the roads of San Juan Bosco, Zafadola, Cristóbal Colón and Zoilo Ruiz-Mateos streets.
