The overall objective of the project is the estimated annual decrease of greenhouse gases (equivalent to tonnes of CO2), i.e. the decrease of the annual primary energy consumption of public buildings (kWh/year), through the energy efficiency of the building covered by the project. Low carbon emissions, energy efficiency and intelligent energy management and renewable energy use in public buildings. This general objective directly responds to the Specific Objective of Financing Line 3.1 B, namely — Increasing energy efficiency in residential buildings, public buildings and public lighting systems, in particular those with high energy consumption. In order to achieve the General Objective, the Applicant proposes Specific Objectives (O.S.): 1. Improving energy performance: Reduction of specific annual primary energy consumption (using fossil non-renewable sources) (KWh/m²/year), reduction of annual primary energy consumption (kWh/year) and estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gases (equivalent to tonnes of CO2) through energy efficiency of the building. 2. Increasing the energy efficiency of the building in order to reduce carbon equivalent emissions by supporting energy efficiency, smart energy management and the use of renewable energy in public buildings; 3. Reducing Thermal Consumption: Reduction of annual primary energy consumption ≥ 40 % compared to initial consumption as well as use of renewable energy resources. In order to fulfill the O.S., a number of measures will be taken, among which we mention the realisation: — Thermal insulation on the outside of the opaque part of the facades (PE) Class of reaction to fire: B-s2, Soil plate insulation (PLS), Low emission PVC (PVC), Terrace insulation; — installation 2 Condensing mural thermal boilers modern heating system, low temperature with ventiloconvectors; Installation of solar installation (renewable energy) 24 solar panels and 12 photovoltaic panels — BMS (building management systems) and LED lighting.
