The overall objective of the project is to increase the economic competitiveness of MEDISOL S.R.L. by making an initial investment to create a production unit for the aseptic distribution of injectable solutions (powder vaccines and liquid vaccines) in Sanandrei — Timis County. The field of activity for which MEDISOL S.R.L. is applying for funding is aimed at distributing vaccines into vials within a production facility that will be built and teamed through non-reimbursable financing. MEDISOL S.R.L.’s injectable solutions factory will include a manufacturing line for the aseptic distribution in 2 ways of vaccines in vials: — lyophilised product mode; — liquid product mode. Because we have 2 finished products, one that undergoes physical transformation from liquid to solid state (powder) through the sublimation process — the processing of the vaccine through the lyophilisation and packaging process, and one that does not undergo physical or chemical transformation, being a service — the aseptic distribution of vaccines in bottles and their packaging, the activity of the factory is divided into 2 fields/classes of activity CAEN: — NACE 2120 — Manufacture of pharmaceutical preparations; — NACE 8292 — Packaging activities. Starting from the definition of production and production processes, taking into account the intention of MEDISOL S.R.L. to activate in the pharmaceutical industry, even if the product delivered to customers is the same type of vaccine, with the same purpose, but being with different physical characteristics depending on the natural processes and technological operations applied within the technological flow that may or may not change the physical structure of the liquid solution — depending on the order of the vaccine manufacturer (liquid vaccine or powdered vaccine), the new economic activity covers both CAEN codes. For the purposes of Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014, declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty, the initial investment shall aim at ‘creating a new establishment’ by constructing and equipping a production area/services for the purpose of starting a new economic activity covered by the project, in accordance with NACE codes 2120 and 8292. The initial investment consists of: Construction in the Commune of Sânandrei (jud. Timiş) of a P+ 1E factory of approx. 2.959 sqm divided into 2 levels of height and 6 functional spaces framed on different levels of cleaning according to the necessary environments, including the arrangement of the enclosure with central building, fire station, road access, platforms and parkings; — The acquisition of technological and functional equipment requiring assembly, equipment without installation and equipment that composes several flows necessary for the operation of the unit in legality, according to international standards and regulations in the pharmaceutical field, but also the operation of the investment; Create at least 33 jobs for
