Equipping secondary schools in Floresti Commune with protective devices and equipment to prevent the spread of infection with SARS CoV-2 virus

It will present and describe the overall objective of the project; it will also be explained how the project contributes to the result indicator of the program (appropriate capacity for care and treatment of cases of infection with SARS-CoV-2/sanitary crisis management) The overall objective of the project is to strengthen the capacity of the state education units in order to manage the pandemic situation generated by SARS-COV-2 virus in a timely and efficient manner, by equipping the secondary education units: Gymnasium School “Gh.Sincai” and GIMNAZIAAL SCHOOL “SUS LUNASIALA”, FLORESTI with the arranged structures, with devices and protective equipment necessary to prevent the spread of infection with SARS CoV-2 virus. The reopening of safe schools requires a broad ownership in society and the empowerment of all those involved in order to comply with the required norms, in the context of prevention, early detection and reduction of the potential spread of infection caused by SARS-CoV-2 virus. In order to allow this, it is necessary to ensure that there is a functioning infrastructure and the necessary material resources in order to be able to apply health and minimum protection measures in state education units during the COVID-19 pandemic. It’s com. Floresti -Jud Cluj Com. Floresti is located to the west of Cluj-Napoca, bordering to the north with Com. Baciu, to the west with Com. Gilau, and to the south with the communes of Savadisla and Gilau. Com. has three localities in its administration — FLORESTI, Luna de Sus and Tauti. The shape of FLORESTI is elongated, being located along DN 1 towards Oradea, at a distance of only 5 km from Cluj-Napoca. It’s com. Floresti is a Category I Com. and is currently in continuous economic growth. The City Hall of FLORESTI is a functional structure with permanent activity, which includes the management of the City Hall — the Mayor, the Deputy Mayor, the Secretary and the Public Administrator of the commune — and the specialised apparatus of the Mayor. The authority of the local public administration is represented by the Local Council, a village delegate for the village of Tauti and the Mayor. Currently, FLORESTI Local Council consists of 19 local councillors, within it being organised the following specialised commissions: • The Committee on Education, Health and Family, Work and Social Protection, Social and Cultural Activities, Cults, Protection of Children, Youth and Sport • Committee on Agriculture, Economic and Financial Activities, Spatial Planning and Urban Planning • Legal and Disciplinary Committee The residents of the commune are consulted by referendum on issues of particular interest. It can be organised in all the villages of the commune. The citizens of the commune can also be consulted through civic assemblies, organised in villages.
