Improving the quality of life and living conditions of the population in the Romanian municipality, by rehabilitating and modernising the social buildings for the population of the disadvantaged urban district “The Factory Area”, the rehabilitation of the Factory Street and the construction of the access routes to social housing in the Romanian municipality, in order to revitalise the social, physical and economic of the local community and sustainable urban development. The project contributes to the achievement of Specific Objective 13.1 of Investment Priority 9b — Axis 13, by proposing integrated activities of rehabilitation and modernisation of some buildings with social destination for the disadvantaged population in a disadvantaged neighborhood, at the same time as the rehabilitation and modernisation of the adjacent street and the construction of the access routes to social housing, aiming at the social, physical and economic revitalisation of the neighborhood and, implicitly, of the city that is located in a disadvantaged area, in the North-East Region. The implementation of the project will have as a final result the improvement of the quality of life of the Romanian municipality.
