Improving cultural-recreative infrastructure and urban public spaces for the population of the Black City Voda

The overall objective of the project is to increase the quality of life of the inhabitants of the Black Voda City, through integrated measures aimed at improving recreational services and improving urban spaces. The overall objective of the project is fully correlated with the specific objective of investment priority 9b promoting social inclusion and combating any form of discrimination through investments aimed at creating recreation spaces adapted to people with disabilities and visual impairments, and in what financially disadvantaged people, the measure aimed at promoting inclusion is free access to the facilities created by the project. The physical revitalisation of the basic infrastructure, proposed through all three investments of the project, will have a positive impact on the quality of life, the construction of the multifunctional center and the rehabilitation of the sports and leisure field bringing with it a fresh air in the investment areas, namely: — investment “Building a multifunctional youth center in the town Negru Voda” — sauce. Mangalia, no. 35, marginalised area of the town Negru Voda; — investment “Rehabilitation of small sports and leisure grounds” — str. Zorelelor, No. 22 B, the marginalised area of the town Negru Voda; Regarding the definition of the surrounding areas of the town of Negru Voda as marginalised areas, we mention that in the Black City Voda, from an urban point of view, and implicitly from an economic and social point of view, the central area is much more developed than the surrounding areas. The economic revitalisation will be influenced by the increase of the attractiveness of the Voda Black City through the construction of the multifunctional youth center as well as the rehabilitation of the sports field, both investments with a recreational purpose, are likely to create economic development opportunities for the local community. These two investments aim to improve the quality of life of the applicant’s population by offering cultural and sports recreation facilities. Within the multifunctional center, it will be possible to organise sports competitions (swimming, jumping in the water and modern pentathlon) painting exhibitions, music concerts, etc. This aspect attracts a significant number of tourists, athletes and lovers of culture and art, who will choose to stay and spend in the area for different products and services. The potential is also supported by the fact that the town Negru Voda is located on the Romanian border with Bulgaria, being transited by a large number of people who could thus become tourists. To meet an increased demand, the area will become attractive for entrepreneurs. Balanced and sustainable economic development leads to increasing the attractiveness of the area and reducing population migration. Social revitalisation is given by offering the possibility of partying quality free time for the inhabitants of Black V
