The subject of the project is the transfer of the two-way road I/11 in category S 11.5/80 (90) with a total length of 5.129 km. The implementation of the project will complete the full-fledged northern bypass of the city of Opava, where the current I/11 road is currently partly through. There will also be a reduction in the negative effects of transport per capita, increased safety of traffic in intravilla, fluidity of traffic and reduced driving time.
