The aim of the project is to strengthen the administrative capacity of the GDDKiA as the largest beneficiary implementing road projects co-financed by the ERDF, the CF and the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF). An important element necessary to ensure the proper implementation of these projects is that the Beneficiary has an adequate number of staff with specific qualifications, ensuring the possibility of expert support and adequate administrative and technical facilities. Therefore, the project plans to finance expenditure on the remuneration of GDDKiA employees carrying out tasks related to the above-mentioned projects, improving the qualifications of these employees, expert and legal support, support for the implementation process, organisational, technical and administrative costs and other expenditure consistent with the Guidelines for the use of technical assistance measures for 2014-2020. The above actions are in line with the OPI & E 2014-2020 and the detailed description of the Priority Axis of the OPI & E 2014-2020 and will be implemented in accordance with the rules applicable for technical assistance projects for the 2014-2020 OPI & E.
